Shane is passionate about learning and development, and is a valuable asset when it comes to supporting people to achieve.

Nadine Fletcher
Project Coordinator
Nadine has experience in project management as well as providing support in the community. She is passionate about helping underrepresented groups within society and is creative with her approach. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, running and walking her dog.

Steven Mills
Dads Can Development Worker
Steven has experience working with families, children and young people both individually and as a group. Steven has worked as a support worker and a youth worker in Cardiff, Newport and the Caerphilly area. Steve is passionate about working face to face with those he supports and helping them to develop skills and try new experiences. In his spare time, Steve enjoys spending time with his young son, following his favorite football and rugby teams, watching formula 1 and gaming.

Greg Platt
Dads Can Apprentice
Greg’s background is in construction mainly remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. He has been a team leader and trainer for many years. Greg has also volunteered for quite a few groups over the years helping with clothing, food poverty and the elderly. He is currently working on an NVQ in Advice and Guidance. Some of his hobbies include building, wood turning, fishing, walking and cooking.
